Nationwide - Employee Referral Scheme


The Challenge:

 

Nationwide wanted to refresh and re-launch their group wide Employee Referral Scheme. They have over 19,000 employees across their Head Office, Contact Centres and Retail Branch network and the scheme needed to be versatile enough to work across different salary bands and, from a promotional perspective, within various different environments. Nationwide wanted to give the scheme a strong identity that highlighted the rewards on offer but that also outlined the values and the kind of people that they were looking for.

 

The Solution:

 

We developed a scheme called Finders Keepers. The name refers to both the rewards and the potential employees that are there to be discovered, and the design is versatile enough to appeal to all levels and to work across a variety of different mediums. 

 

The Results:

 

Nationwide launched the scheme in September 2009 and have seen a steady increase in the number of successful referrals made.
